This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods branded “Bear Tough” and purchased from Bear Tough Ltd (the “Physical Goods”). This includes, but is not limited to; Tough Decks, Onward Drawer Modules, Expedition Kitches and Tech Centres.
Non-Bear Tough Ltd branded goods assume the warranty of the original manufacturer or 12 months if not otherwise stated.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Bear Tough Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Bear Tough Ltd will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, excluding postage, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Bear Tough Ltd is five years from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Who does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty is for the original purchaser only.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
What about the lifetime promise?
We stand by what we build, after the warranty has expired we still want to hear from you if there’s a problem. We’ll always be there to support our products and work with you to find a solution.
